Congratulations, you finished your project! You are probably excited to move on to the next step, but there are still some ways in which you might stay connected to the lab.

Stay in touch

If you joined completed a final (BSc/MSc thesis) as part of the lab, we will add you to a list of alumni our website.

If you would like to stay in the Teams channel to stay updated about various projects, let Veronika know which email account to add you on. You will get a tag “alumni” .

Publications

We may sometimes want to use (part of) your findings in a larger publication. We will contact you if this is the case, first on Teams and also via email in case you do not check it often. It is a requirement for authorship that you did part of the work AND that you approve the draft of the publication. Therefore if you do not reply, we will add your name to the acknowledgments.

Here are some examples of papers we submitted, that integrate parts of student projects/results:

Giving references

If you need a letter of reference or similar from Veronika, please send an email with some details what you are applying for and the type of things that might be important to mention. You can reuse this letter for different job applications, if relevant.
